Through the schools of Adaptive Leadership and Leadership Agility, we bring approaches which enable clients to develop capacities to diagnose and address the challenges they face.

We offer 1-1 Leadership Coaching and tailor-made Leadership Development Programmes to shift existing thinking patterns and broaden the perspectives we see of the challenges faced. We use a range of experiential and practical methods and curate context-specific leadership materials enriching this learning experience.

We work with the ‘culture-carriers’ in organisations to reflect on and deliberately align your culture with your organisation’s strategic direction.

Purposeful Play
Are you seeking innovative ways of collaborating and problem-solving that break down barriers and ensure all voices are heard?
In collaboration with Katie da Gama, we leverage the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology for:
– leadership, team and strategy development
– problem solving &
– idea generation labs.
This experiential method allows everyone to have a voice in this 3D modelling process and increases buy-in to the resulting shared outputs. Further details can be found in our case studies.
